First-Time Offenders in Florida
If you are a first-time offender in the state of Florida, you may be eligible to enter a program that is geared to misdemeanor theft crimes. The program is called MDP (misdemeanor diversion program), and after completion of this program, you case will get dismissed, and we can help clear your criminal record.
Another program, PTI (Felony Pretrial Intervention) is available for first-time felony offenders and is similar to the misdemeanor program but much more intense.
