Florida Teens Charged with Brutal Attack
The attack against the plaintiff occurred on March 30, 2008 when she arrived at a friend’s home. The 16-year-old victim was struck on the head and slammed into a wall, knocking her unconscious. Police say she was actually lured to the home for the sole purpose of filming the attack for YouTube.
The charges against the teens include battery and false imprisonment. Three teens who took the victim to a second location are charged with felony kidnapping. Ms. Lindsay was treated for a concussion, a damaged left eye and left ear, and many bruises.
