Man Robbed at Knifepoint by Transvestite Prostitute
A 27-year-old transvestite prostitute is being held under suspicion of robbing another 27-year-old male. The prostitute is also accused of holding the robbery victim at knifepoint.
According to police, the victim pulled into a gas station where deputy sheriffs had stopped a vehicle for a traffic violation and claimed he was being robbed. He told deputies he had been at an adult store when he was approached by the prostitute who got into the car and demanded money. The driver pulled away, but the prostitute pulled out a knife.
The alleged prostitute is known by police to dress as a woman and rob clients at knifepoint, but he claims the victim approached him wanting sex and drugs. Police found several hundred dollars in the prostitute's pants.
He is being held on robbery with a deadly weapon, prostitution, and possession of drug paraphernalia.
