Prostitution Charge Dropped and Expunged
A finance professional, who became a Umansky Law Firm client when charged with prostitution, has had the charge dropped and expunged from his record. The client was arrested in an escort sting at a local Orlando hotel, and then hired William Umansky as his attorney.
After cooperating with law enforcement, the government decided to drop the charges. The client then rehired the Umansky Law Firm to have his record expunged. The judge agreed and ordered the client's record expunged. The client is now able to lawfully deny ever having been arrested and charged with solicitation to commit prostitution and entering for the purpose of prostitution subject to certain exceptions.
