Trespass Charge Never Filed by State of Florida

How does one get accused of trespassing at Disney World? That's a good question, but a recent Umansky Law Firm client went through this exact thing. He is an IT specialist with no prior criminal history. However, it is alleged that he and his girlfriend trespassed and were told to stay away. Yet the client and his girlfriend returned, in violation of this alleged trespass incident.

After the client hired the Umansky Law Firm, the attorneys spoke with the prosecutor. Stressing the details of the case, as well as the fact that the client is a professional who had never been in trouble with the law before, the government decided not to file charges.

First time offenders may find the criminal justice system as confusing as how they wound up in it in the first place. Because Florida has a number of places where tourists and Floridians converge, and where there is potential for a wrong decision to land someone in trouble with the law, like Disney World, you need to know that you do not have to face your alleged charge alone.

Please contact the Umansky Law Firm if you have been charged with any crime. We serve Orange County and Orlando, Florida, as well as the entire state of Florida, and will evaluate your charge and case in a confidential way.
