A Deltona teenager was charged with domestic violence after shoving and smacking his mother on the arm, calling her names and throwing a taco into her face. All these charges were due to his mother coming up to his room after calling up to him to come down to dinner and unplugging his Xbox. This is where her son allegedly shoved her and began calling her names.

The woman was cleaning the kitchen when her son came downstairs to eat. She pushed him to the side to get around him, and the teen then hit and swore at her. He then allegedly threw the taco into her face.

The woman says her son has done this in the past but this is the first time she's made good on her threat to call 911. After he was arrested, the woman went down to the courthouse to try to find someone to evict her son.
