Prescription Drugs Stolen from CVS Pharmacy
Brevard County authorities have released surveillance video of two men allegedly stealing "a large amount" of prescription drugs at gun point from a CVS pharmacy. The two men walked into the pharmacy wearing dark clothing, baseball caps, and gloves. One of the men pulled out a gun and forced the cashier at the front of the store to walk to the pharmacy. The second man allegedly went to the pharmacist and forced him to open the safe. The men were given prescription drugs and then fled in a dark Chevrolet Impala.
If and when these two suspects are apprehended, they may be charged with a variety of things, including, but not limited to, theft, drug offenses, which in this case are both felonies. If you have been charged with theft or a drug offense, or anything else, you will want an experienced criminal defense attorney on your side. They can help you through what can amount to the most serious time in your life.
If you are facing a felony charge in the Orange County or Orlando, Florida area, or anywhere else in the state of Florida, please contact the Umansky Law Firm for an initial and confidential case evaluation.
