A 22-year-old Pasadena, California woman returned to her home to find a man in her bedroom. She and the male friend with her were able to keep the alleged burglar in the room until police could come and take him into custody.

When police arrived, they discovered the intruder was wearing the woman’s lingerie beneath his clothes. The 30-year-old man was then promptly arrested and booked for burglary, and was being held in lieu of $50,000 bail.

While this is certainly odd behavior, and there is no word on whether the lingerie was for him, his significant other, or for sale, what it comes down to is he was caught and charged as a burglar.
