Cocaine Violation Dropped
A recent client of the Umansky Law Firm was on felony drug offender probation for possession of cocaine. Less than a month after being placed on felony probation, the client was arrested for allegedly violating his probation terms for possessing cocaine again. He was held without bond on the probation violation.
Attorney Zahra Umansky was able to get the judge to grant a bond motion on the violation of probation and the client was released from jail. Attorney Umansky then conducted depositions on the new possession of cocaine charge and was able to convince the prosecutor to drop the new felony charge. Attorney Umansky was also successful in getting the judge to dismiss the violation of probation and have the client’s probation reinstated.
If you have been charged with a drug offense in Orange County or Orlando, Florida, or anywhere else in the state of Florida, please contact the experienced criminal defense lawyers at the Umansky Law Firm. We offer a free and confidential consultation.
