Ms. DeWitt was arrested over the Fourth of July weekend for suspicion of driving under the influence in El Segundo, California.

Police allege that Ms. DeWitt drove past a barricade set up on Saturday and was pulled over. When the arresting officer approached the vehicle, he smelled booze and the once-upon-a-time actress was arrested after failing a field sobriety test. She posted bail and was released.
